2. Objective
The foundation exists solely or almost exclusively to serve the public benefit, by:

- international collaboration with like-minded organizations

4. Financial policy
- An annual financial report and budget are prepared and published

5. Remuneration policy
- Board members perform their duties on a voluntary basis
- Reimbursement of reasonable costs is permitted
- Volunteers and staff may receive appropriate compensation within legal and ANBI-compliant limits
6. Management of assets
- Assets are used exclusively for the foundation’s objectives
- No individual or legal entity may dispose of the assets as if they were their own property
- In case of dissolution, remaining assets are transferred to a public benefit institution (ANBI) or foreign institution serving exclusively/almost exclusively the public benefit
